Program Management Services
Par 4 Plastics offers customers a strong program management plan:
- Oversees and develops schedules for small to large complex projects
- Develops documents with appropriate standards and customer requirements and needs
- Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives
- Act as point of contact for customer’s core team members
- Performs ongoing review of program status and identifies risks
- Document project progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain project course
- Reports all information internally and to the customer’s core team
Lean Manufacturing
All team members including management have been trained in “Lean Manufacturing Concepts”
Teams are formed throughout Par 4 Plastics and assigned special projects. Teams consist of operators, technicians, cell leaders, supervisors, maintenance, tooling and management team members.
